Hi All,
This is my first posting on this trip, and today was good. I started out at Fire School here in Arvada, CO learning how to fight fires and search for victims. At Palmer Station we'll have a fire brigade of about ten people so all of us get to train on how to fight structural fires and search for victims. Later that day I progressed to getting my teeth cleaned so that I could PQ (Physically Qualify) to go down to Palmer Station, Antarctica.

I passed the dental exam. Thanks to Mom and Dad for the good orthodontia.

Today was a good day, a really good day, and I hope you all had one, too.
